Menorah skincare was founded in 2022 on the belief that good products can make skin healthier. And healthy skin will help us not only look healthier, but also feel more confident. 

So, we’ve carefully developed different products with your health and beauty in mind. Caring deeply about your health and beauty, we have had SGS look at the safety and quality of our products. 

We believe that "Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house” - Matthew 5:15. We’ve created something amazing, and we want to share it with the rest of the world.

Returns/Exchanges 

Complete the Return Form located on the invoice included with your shipment. Cut off the form and put it inside your return shipment. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep it for your records.

The return must be postmarked within 30 days of the original ship date on your invoice (14 days for international orders or Flash Sales and annual Friends and Family Sales), and the product must be mostly full. Multiple exchanges will not be allowed.

Menorah skincare is not responsible for return shipping costs. Please make a copy of your invoice and keep it for your records.

Please ship the products in the original packaging to the address below to ensure that your return remains eligible for a refund.

All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. We will notify you via email once your refund/exchange has been processed.

A full refund will be issued on a return that included a promotional gift(s) (full size) only if the return is made within 30 days of original ship date on the invoice (14 days for international orders or Flash Sales and annual Friends and Family Sales) and the promotional gift(s) (full size) accompanies the return. If the promotional gift(s) is not included, the full retail value will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping fees, duties, taxes and/or customs fees are non-refundable.

You are welcome to keep the free sample sachets that come with each order.

Please allow up to 14 business days from receipt of returned items to process a return and credit your account. A credit should appear on your statement within 2 full billing cycles.
