Shipping Overview

We offer shipping to most countries worldwide, including the US and Taiwan. 

US - We will use USPS to ship your package domestically and DHL to ship your package internationally. Domestic expedited shipping will be provided by UPS. 

Taiwan - Because we have another storehouse in Taiwan, we will comply with local shipping methods and costs. We will use T-Cat to ship your package to the main island of Taiwan and Chunghwa Post Co for outlying islands.

Order Tracking

When you place an order with menorah, you will receive an order confirmation via email. If you have questions about your order, please email service@menorahskincare.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.

Canceling an Order
When an order is placed on menorahskincare.com, we begin processing the order immediately to ensure prompt delivery. We're unable to cancel or change an order once it's submitted.
